Chairman (Emeritus) - Major General (Ret) LEONARD M. RANDOLPH, JR., M.D., Certified Physician Executive and Board Certified General Surgeon. A retired Major General USAF, former Deputy Surgeon General USAF; former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Health Affairs, he received his BS from Marietta College), his MS from Howard University (Washington, DC), his M.D. from Meharry Medical College (Nashville, TN), all with honors. Member of Alpha Omega Alpha (National Medical Honor Society), Member of Hall of Excellence (Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges), Member of Who’s Who in America, Member of Who’s Who in the World. Board of Directors (HealthEast Care System), Board of Trustees (Mercy Health), Board of Trustees (Marietta College), Board of Directors (Health Policy Institute of Ohio), Board of Directors (Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra), Vice Chair, Board of Directors (YMCA of Greater Cincinnati), Board of Directors (Armed Forces Ticket Association), Board of Directors (Hospice of Cincinnati). Loves his wife, Linda, and their five children and ten grandchildren; enjoys running, writing, fine dining.
Chairman - Bill Keating is a Partner of Keating Muething & Klekamp PLL and a member of the firm's Business Representation and Transactions Practice Group and Private Client Services Group. He practices in the area of corporate and business law representing publicly traded and privately held businesses and also practices in business succession planning and executive compensation. In addition, Bill serves in a general counsel capacity to small and medium size companies that do not have in-house counsel.
Bill has been consistently listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America and has received numerous awards and recognition for his service and leadership to the University of Cincinnati, the Big East Conference for his contribution to Women’s sports and is a member of the UC Athletic Hall of Fame. He has served on numerous boards, including as Vice-Chair of the University of Cincinnati Center for Entrepreneurship, Chair of the University of Cincinnati, College of Business, Board of Corporate Advisors, Vice Chair of the Magnified Giving, Board of Trustees, and on the Tri-State War-Bird Museum, Board of Trustees.
Vice Chairman – Nate Pelletier is a graduate of West Point and is pursuing his MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. As an Army Officer, he served as an Infantry Platoon Leader, Executive Officer, Company Commander and is a graduate of the Army Ranger and Airborne schools. In 2005, he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III and earned the Combat Infantrymen’s badge and Bronze Star. He joined P&G in 2009, working as a manager in Product Supply and then in Global Design Marketing where he developed his passion for innovation. While on sabbatical from P&G in 2012, he led a research project to study the transition of military service members, authored a proposal to address the challenges of their reintegration and earned his Innovation Engineering Black Belt from Eureka Ranch International. Subsequently, he left P&G to be Executive Director of the Joseph House. Nate recently started a new company called BlueFire Innovations to help aspiring entrepreneurs and established companies grow their businesses through systemic innovation programs. Nate is past President of the West Point Alumni Society of Greater Cincinnati, a member of the Cincinnati Police Chief Community Advisory Board, and member of the Professional Leadership Network Advisory Board.
Treasurer – Daniel W. Geeding, Ph.D., CPA, is CEO of Guidance Partners. He formerly served as Executive VP, CFO and Treasure of Interact for Health. He is a former professor of management and director of the Center for International Business at Xavier University. He also served as dean of Xavier’s Williams College of Business and as director of the college’s Center for Management and Executive MBA Programs. Dan was a member of the Choicecare's board of trustees from 1989-1997. He currently serves as a director and chairman of the board of directors of Frisch’s Restaurants, Inc. Dan holds and has held leadership roles in many community organizations, including the United Way, Bicentennial Commission, Tall Stacks Commission, The Center for Quality Leadership, Corporation for Findlay Market, The Health Alliance, Mercy Health Partners, and The Cincinnati Eye Institute.
Dan spent 6 years in the Ohio ANG and left as Tech Sergeant to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Miami University, followed by an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Cincinnati. He and his wife, Janet, have six children and eight grandchildren.

Director at Large - Brian Ross, is President of BD Ross Financial Group.
President & CEO - Dan Knowles. He was formerly founder and president of Brand Ubiquity, a business consulting firm focused on strategy development, organizational productivity, leadership and communication skills. Dan spent 7 years on active duty in the Army followed by 16 years working in the healthcare and IT industries as an executive with P&G and Reynolds & Reynolds. He is currently chair of the regional West Point Society Leaders of Character Initiative with a focus on ethical leadership development among high school youth and veteran employment transition assistance in the Greater Cincinnati community. In addition to his volunteer work, Dan has served on several for-profit and non-profit boards.
Executive Consultant - Pat Clifford, MSSA, LSW. As a social worker and consultant, Pat has worked with a variety of non-profit organizations, helping them with capacity building, strategic planning, research and evaluation. Current projects focus on returning veterans including serving as the lead facilitator for the Operation Vets THRIVE initiative and author of the Tristate Veteran Community Report. Pat has also served as Executive Director of the Drop Inn Center for over twelve years and as Executive Director and Co-Chair of the Greater Cincinnati Coalition for the Homeless. Pat received an MSSA from the Mandel School for Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.
